At Chasing Trouble & Chasing Daisies, we want you to love every item you purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
We accept returns only on unworn items with the original tags still attached. Items must be in their original condition and free from stains, odors, or damage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your return will be processed as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a package is lost or stolen, it will be handled through the shipping carrier’s insurance claim process. We are happy to assist in contacting the shipping carrier, but Chasing Trouble & Chasing Daisies is not responsible for issuing refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
